Jeanne Simkins Hollis is the Founder, President, and CEO of Slater Infrastructure Group. Ms. Simkins Hollis is an attorney and businesswoman with over 35 years of experience in law, business, and project management.
A hands-on executive, Ms. Hollis has represented a vast array of multinational clients in the banking, corporate, education, transportation, energy, and utility sectors. In addition, she has served as a partner with several major law firms, specializing in corporate and international business transactions and regulatory matters.
Ms. Simkins Hollis has been in the energy, program management, and water-wastewater business since 1997, managing both municipal and private sector clients. She has represented Fortune 500 companies in the management of various aspects of their operations while building lasting relationships. Her extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations includes structuring public and private partnerships and strategic alliances with major utilities and corporations. She has also represented numerous corporations and public sector entities in regulatory matters.
Ms. Simkins Hollis is dedicated to elevating the mission of education, equality, and inclusion. She serves on several non-profit boards and formerly chaired the City of Atlanta Zoning Review Board. Ms. Simkins Hollis is a member of NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council), AWWA (American Water Works Association), WEF (Water environment Federation), AAMA (African American Mayors Association), GAWP (Georgia Association of Water Professionals), AABE (African American Business Enterprise) and was recently selected as a participant in the NMSDC Center of Excellence Program.
Ms. Simkins Hollis is licensed to practice law in the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, a J.D from North Carolina Central School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University School of Law.
