Slater Certified Workforce Training

Slater has established a skilled workforce pipeline that supplies anticipated industry demand for all career levels from entry level through management.

Our Slater-Certified Water and Wastewater Operator Training Program is a specialized program developed to train the Operator of the Future, ensuring adherence to industry standards, while enhancing knowledge of technologies, sustainability, safety and operational excellence. This Program allows Operators to remain current with the dynamically changing technological trends in the water and wastewater industry, while providing a resource to utilize in their day-to-day operational tasks.
