Christiana Hollis is Managing Director, Strategy and Operations at Standard Communities, one of America’s leading affordable housing owners/developers with over 27,000 apartment units and more than $5 billion in assets under management. In this role, she focuses on strategy development, enterprise execution, and leads cross-functional efforts to build scalable processes and systems to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Before joining Standard, Ms. Hollis worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Engagement Manager, where she specialized in developing strategies to support hyper-scaling growth and enhance operational efficiency. While at McKinsey, she led teams to deliver strategic solutions that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings and operational improvements for leading financial institutions, technology companies, and public sector agencies. Prior to McKinsey, she spent seven years as a diplomat with the State Department, serving in over a dozen countries including Mexico, Turkey, and Canada. Ms. Hollis holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
