Saron Tesfalul is an investor at Dragoneer Investment Group, a leading growth-oriented investment firm with over $20 billion under management. At Dragoneer, Saron helps lead private investments into technology-enabled generational growth businesses. Prior to joining Dragoneer in 2022, Saron worked at Bain Capital as a dealmaker for the private equity fund for nearly a decade. While at Bain Capital, Saron helped lead investments, support portfolio companies and partner with management teams. Prior to Bain Capital, Saron worked at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant. Saron graduated cum laude with BA in economics and minor in African studies from Harvard University, and she earned an MBA from Stanford University.
